GQue CHAMPION BBQ
The “Sultan of Swine” and “Maestro of Meat,” Jason Ganahal of GQue is a decorated barbecue champion who knows how to bring the heat. GQue BBQ lays claim to Denver’s barbecue scene, offering meticulously crafted signature sandwiches for dine-in and fresh meats by the pound for take-away. Bragging the “finest quality meats, best seasonings, and freshest ingredients,” GQue has won dozens of competitions and awards, most recently taking first place at Denver’s Chicken Fight Festival.
Gaucho Parrilla
Gaucho Parrilla is an Argentinean-influenced concept from chef Oscar Padilla, featuring locally sourced ingredients prepared with love and cooked over a wood-fired grill. In February 2023, Chef Oscar showcased his cooking skills on national television by winning an episode of the Food Network’s popular show “Chopped.” His Freedom Street Social spot Gaucho Parrilla serves brunch, lunch, and dinner. Visit their restaurant in Arvada to try this award winning food.

The owner and Chef of Terra wanted to create a restaurant where they cook their culture and highlight products from their backyard. A place where they could find themselves, their community, and their Terra. They exist to amplify the Terra of the American West.
Denver Poke Co
Anh Nguyen, the owner of Denver Poke Company, began his sushi journey at Kenichi in Aspen Colorado under Executive Master Sushi Chef, Kiyomi Sano. He then moved to Denver and began apprenticing under Toshi Kazaki of Sushi Den for 7 years. After traveling to Hawaii, Nguyen began developing his concept for Denver Poke Company.
Denver Poke Company provides the freshest sushi-grade fish available every morning. Their fish is brought in whole each day and never frozen, and their poke is prepared fresh daily. Also their menu is 100% gluten-free.
